The application would be user friendly and easy to use. The application would be simple and easy to use by customers who are not used to work with high-tech applications. First of all after registration the user would be able to use certain free credits for emailing and also this credit do have its expiration date and after expiration the user need to upgrade his/her account by purchasing the packages that are managed on the admin having number of contacts to add and number of video mail to send .Also there would be expiration date too. On this application the registered user have the platform to upload video, upload images as well as add files for future mailing. On the application there would be different significant parts that are explained as follow

1) Group Management:
This section is to manage the group for the categorization of the user contact on this site. So that the user can choose one group while mailing and the mail would be for all the group contacts.
2) Contact Management: By the name itself clarifies   about what this content is for. This section is for add edit contact.This section also refer as “Personnel Address Book”
3) Video Management: This section is for the management of the video add/edit by the customers and also manage the video according  to the group of the video as here would be the Video Grouping Management section too.  This helps on Create your own personal video library as well as we can Customized your video with hotlink to your personal website.

4)Template Management : This section is to manage the template for the emailing the video messaging. This is the admin part .

This section is for the faq management of the registered user

This section is for the management of the send mailing which might be scheduled or right now section. There are different section on this management which are explained by the flowchart at the last.
7)Member Management :This is the part for the administrator section to look of the registered users,active user ,expired user,nexpired users etc.
8) Package Management :This section is for the purchasing of the package for the video mailing and address book record.
9)Member Account : This section is to view the registered user account on the very site such as his/her credit,total group,total videos ,total images ,total files,total contacts,total video groupism or video gallery etc.
10)Upgrade Account :When a user register he/she is free user and the free credit would be expired after certain period of time and then he/she needs to upgrade account by purchasing certain package via paypal or other payment gateway to aupgrade account.
